We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth, tech-enabled InsurTech who are redefining how data-driven insights power decision-making across the US commercial insurance market.

This is a new role as part of the client’s continued expansion into North America. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the product lead responsible for the evolution and delivery of tailored SaaS tools serving underwriters, brokers, and carriers in the US.

This is more than just a delivery role, it’s about driving true innovation & creativity. You’ll be empowered to shape the product roadmap, gather meaningful user feedback from North American customers, and collaborate closely with local and global teams to create cutting-edge solutions that stand out in a crowded InsurTech space.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch to optimisation

• Define and communicate the product vision, KPIs, and success criteria

• Gather user feedback, market research, and stakeholder insights to shape solutions

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements

• Prioritise backlogs in collaboration with development, data, and design teams

• Lead sprint planning and be the go-to product voice in agile ceremonies

• Align US client needs with UK-based engineering delivery

• Act as a thought partner to commercial and data science teams

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Product experience focused on the US insurance market (essential)

• Strong understanding of Commercial Lines Insurance and broker-carrier dynamics

• Experience in B2B SaaS product development

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to HQ (monthly)

• A delivery mindset and the curiosity to keep improving your product
