£60,000 base + up to 50% commission | Remote (with flexible office visits) | Nationwide travel (mainly London & Manchester)

A leading provider of legal expenses insurance and ancillary services is seeking a Partnerships Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:
Proactively generating new business opportunities across a full range of products (Legal Expenses, Home Emergency, ASU, and Assistance Services)
Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects through lead generation, cross-sales, and consultant engagement
Leading sales meetings, creating proposals, negotiating deals, and onboarding new partnerships
Contributing to the broader income development strategy with fresh ideas and energy
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new partnerships
Managing a personal income target of £400K–£500K per annum, closing 5–10 strategic partnerships annually
What we’re looking for:
Proven success in B2B sales within insurance, MGA, or related sectors
Income-driven mindset, strategic vision, and strong commercial acumen
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels
Exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation skills
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Flexibility to travel nationwide for client meetings and occasional office visits (office near Chelmsford, Essex)
Desirable:
Experience in Legal Expenses Insurance, Assistance Services, or MGA environments
Degree-educated and/or professional insurance qualification
