We’re hiring for a VC-backed, tech-first InsurTech that’s shaking up the way claims are managed across the UK and EU. Our client has built a modern Third Party Administrator platform designed to streamline liability claims handling through automation, smart triage tools, and empathetic customer care.


As a Liability Claims Handler, you’ll join a fast-growing, fully remote Casualty division. You’ll have a voice in shaping the claims process, working across a varied caseload from major MGAs, with full flexibility and no commute required.



🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a caseload of Employer’s and Public Liability claims (up to £25K)

  • Handle 3rd party property damage, product liability, and niche claims

  • Liaise directly with insurers, MGAs, loss adjusters, and third parties

  • Evaluate evidence, negotiate settlements, and resolve disputes

  • Work closely with internal support teams and leverage smart claim tech

  • Maintain excellent service standards with empathy and clarity

  • Influence the direction of claims handling processes in a startup culture




✅ You Bring:

  • Experience in Liability or Casualty claims (insurer, broker, adjuster, or legal)

  • Excellent task management and organisation skills

  • Confidence working independently and making judgment calls

  • Strong written and verbal communication with empathy-driven service
