We’re hiring a General Manager to take full operational control of a high-end dining venue in the heart of Coleshill. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service, managing high-performing teams, and running a business that balances experience and efficiency.
This venue combines luxury with approachability, serving a modern British menu and drawing guests from across the region. You’ll oversee front-of-house operations, lead the team, and act as the face of the brand locally.
🍽 Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily front-of-house operations, from open to close
Build, coach, and manage a service-focused hospitality team
Implement systems for rota planning, stock control, and quality assurance
Work with the Head Chef on delivering a consistently high-calibre guest experience
Track key metrics (labour cost, gross profit, customer satisfaction)
Champion local marketing and community outreach to grow footfall
✅ You Should Have:
5+ years experience in a hospitality or restaurant leadership role
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets/P&L
Leadership qualities to build a loyal, motivated, and accountable team
Operational experience with systems (EPOS, booking platforms, shift planning tools)
Passion for food, customer experience, and local engagement
