Join a trailblazing clean-tech scale-up transforming how construction sites power their operations. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead regional expansion of their portable battery power units replacing noisy, polluting diesel generators with sustainable, high-tech alternatives.


This is more than sales, it’s about building long-term relationships with contractors, project leads, and site managers while making a measurable environmental impact.


You’ll be backed by a brand known across Europe for innovation, and given full ownership of the West Midlands territory.



🔋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert B2B sales opportunities within construction, infrastructure, and plant hire

  • Present and demo energy solutions to site-based decision-makers

  • Manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and close

  • Deliver technical product presentations, overcoming objections with credibility

  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activity

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with user needs




✅ You’ll Bring:

  • B2B field sales experience, ideally within construction, renewables, or equipment hire

  • A hunter mindset with a consultative approach to sales

  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and drive performance metrics

  • Passion for sustainability and innovation

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally
